It's not solely about journaling; it's more about documenting everything you feel is lacking, everything you aim to achieve, but most importantly, everything you need to heal within yourself.

I have personally committed to valuing myself in ways I never imagined. It's not about vanity, but about acknowledging my self-worth. This realization came when I embarked on my journey. I had been lacking in self-worth, overwhelmed with work without recognition, criticized for my lack of knowledge, and constantly trying to please others to feel accepted. This led to a tumultuous life and nonexistent relationships. One day, I reached my limit. I attempted a mental journey with doctors, but the medications for anxiety and chemical imbalances made me feel diminished. Then, I turned to mindfulness practices; I not only kept journals but also learned to meditate. I discovered healing crystals, which sparked my interest. This practice resonated with me because it introduced me to crystal healing, meditation, and a different kind of faith. I grew up Catholic, but I integrated mindfulness practices into my beliefs. I connected with people who helped me comprehend my turbulent spirit. This was, and continues to be, the best decision I've made. For once, I committed to myself. Occasionally, I experience doubts, but that's completely normal. It happens. However, I keep reminding myself that I've worked too hard to reach this point in the present.

By recognizing your emotions, you become aware and decide when it's time for a change. The decision is yours alone; no one else can improve your feelings. It all starts with you. You must genuinely want change in your life—whether in relationships, work, home, or achieving the abundance you desire. Once you commit to yourself, a transformation begins. Trust me, my doubts were initially high. I took a chance and learned to love myself, becoming my own best friend without worrying about fitting in. I attracted people who aligned with my goals. I drew in an abundance of value. I appreciate my strength, my perseverance, and my determination. Some might dismiss this, and that's alright. Embracing self-love introduces a completely new perspective on life. This perspective involves appreciating your own humanity.
Engaging in small mindfulness acts helps you discover your identity and who you are evolving into. While not everything may suit everyone's unique needs, I can confidently say from my own experience that I've decided to address the core of my deficiencies and begin to embrace the necessity for change, starting with myself.
