Let YOU Forgive YOU

Why is self-forgiveness so hard?

Arguably, the main reason self-forgiveness is challenging is that it involves navigating a tough path of recovery. Regardless of your past circumstances, forgiving yourself requires accepting that you cannot alter the past. Being present to our pain is essential for processing our experiences. This discomfort can be particularly profound when we consider the impact we have on others.
